Client Support Specialist (16108)
Our Urbandale client is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their team!
Duties Include:
Support sales representatives in administrative functions such as customer contact, tracking information, completing paperwork and communicating with internal billing and collection functions
Responsible for assigned accounts for communication, continued sales, service and additional duties as directed by the sales department
Qualifications:
2 -5 years experience in a customer service role
Experience preparing customer communications in Word
Tracking / manipulating data in excel
Experience handling customer issues communicating internally to resolve issues
Experience communicating with all levels within an organization
High attention to detail and the ability to communicate very clearly with both internal departments and external customers.
Bachelor's Degree preferred Required
Must be proficient in MS Office
Pay: $15.00/hour
Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM M-FEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
