Sales Manager, Aquatic & Pet

The Sales Manager, Aquatic & Pet position will report to the VP, Sales & Marketing. The right candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Key areas of responsibility are developing sales of extrusion and related equipment into the Aquatic and Pet markets, enhancing customer relationships and increasing market share. This position requires a highly motivated individual with proven leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Develop tactical sales and marketing strategies to drive sales.
Assist Sales organization to; achieve revenue targets, lead generation, qualification of prospects, consulting customers, negotiating and closing deals.
Assist Sales team with leads from website, tradeshows, inbound phone calls and target lists for their region.
Consult customers regarding processing options, system configurations and size of systems to meet business objectives.
Build Sales presentations appropriate for the Aquatic & Pet market, utilizing the resources of the full staff.
Provide input to Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Management for advancement of shaped feed market by communicating market needs.
Prepare and present technical information at company, university and industry sponsored conferences.
Provide technical support to customers, sales force and staff.
Assist in sales seminars and customer meetings.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture or related field
5 years fish or pet related experience
Nutrition and/or Extrusion knowledge a plus
High energy with drive for success
Strong ability to build relationships internally and with customers
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel 25-35% of the time

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
