The Teradata Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for performance tuning, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, maintain and manage advanced monitoring, and working with various business teams to support their applications, promote data quality and enforce data integrity, resolve database performance issues, capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues. The environment is Teradata tools and utilities, TASM / Teradata Workload Management, Data Warehouse SQL, Viewpoint., PDCR reporting, Capacity management, Teradata Database 14, Unity Director, Teradata Data Mover, ETL , Informatica. This is a Permanent (direct) hire position with one of our client companies with a base salary up to 110K, depending on experience. Potential relocation package available.
