We are in need of a sharp, professional, detail-oriented, high-energy individual.
This person will oversee our scheduler, recruiter, and administrative assistant, as well as our caregivers.
Must have a minimum of three years' of related work experience in a small to medium sized business or previously self-employed.
Must be willing to work when needed occasionally outside of 8-5 in managing those responsibilities, and be able to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations - Supervise administrative & scheduling staff, as well as caregiver staff, and provide guidance and support.
Oversee HR & Training.
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement - Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity - Manage office budget and expenses - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Ensure smooth communication within the office and with external parties - Perform some general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficient in event planning and coordination - Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively - Experience with or knowledge of home care is essential - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
