Positions available include one full time and one part time position.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
answering phones, managing the flow of the office, scheduling, taking payments, insurance verification, scanning/filing of documents and records, and client relations.
Hours:
We are looking for coverage Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:
30am and 4:
30pm and 4pm to 7pm.
Ideal candidates will have a pleasant demeanor, a strong work ethic, be independently driven and possess excellent organizational skills.
Candidates must have understanding of client privacy, be able to extend compassion and kindness to others and have a professional demeanor.
Preference will be given to candidates with insurance verification and electronic medical record experience.
Candidates who see themselves as dependable, quick learners, and independently motivated will be considered for on the job training.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
