One of our top producing agents located in our Urbandale office is seeking a relentless self-starter to join their busy team as the Real Estate Team Administrator.
The right fit for this role will be someone who likes the challenge of sorting through details using the tools and processes already in place, and who can be flexible when plans change at the last minute.
The right person will enjoy the balance of hiding to get things done while also providing attention and personal connection to a large client base through client events and pop-bys.
The Real Estate Team Administrator will have a wide array of responsibilities including social media management, errand running, database management, and transactional support.
Qualifications Needed:
Great attention to detail Ability to adjust on the fly in a changing environment Excellent organization and time management skills Expert in social media platforms Administrative management experience Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Real Estate knowledge or license - nice to have Able to work on a MAC computer Expert in Google Suit and Google based application This is a part-time position, working Monday-Friday.
It is based in the Urbandale office.
The position is for 20 hours a week.
Starting pay at $20-$23 per hour with bonuses available.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
