You must enjoy helping people and be self-motivated.
The primary responsibility of this position is providing AMAZING service to our members while processing their transaction requests, whether in person or over the phone.
This includes evaluating their relationship with the credit union during every interaction and making suggestions to them that will help them achieve their financial goals.
The hours for the full time position is Monday through Friday from 8:
10 a.
m.
to 5:
10 p.
m.
The pay range on the position is $14.
00-$20.
00 per hour depending on experience.
Requirements to be considered:
A positive can-do approach with both members and co-workers.
Desire to learn and ability to be resourceful.
Typing and computer skills.
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Able to report to work punctually, work all scheduled hours, and work overtime as needed.
High school diploma or the equivalent (i.
e.
GED).
Previous cash handling, sales, and customer service experience desired.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
