Brokers International is seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our team.
As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting marketers, agents, and agencies to grow Brokers International's downline.
In this role, you will play a critical role in driving our sales growth by actively promoting BI's offerings to marketers, agents, and agencies, and onboarding them to BI and our Sub-FMOs.

What You'll Be Responsible For Makes proactive sales calls to agent leads, marketers and FMOs to promote BI's Sales Concepts and services.
Effectively promotes BI's story and sales concepts to new marketers and agents.
Drives revenue by adding producing FMOs, agencies and agents to BI's downline.
Creates and executes strategic plan to grow Brokers International's wholesaler and agent base in cooperation with marketing and Sales VPs.
Qualifications:
Three to five years insurance/annuity sales experience is required.
Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
) from a four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Iowa Insurance license must be obtained within 60 days Valid drivers license is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
