This is not a call center position - our CSRs work one-on-one with customers to provide the ultimate customer care experience.

Wages Wages start at $20 per hour and up, with significant raises every 6 months.
Employees will make over $22 per hour within one year and over $26 after two years of employment.

We do!) paid holidays, paid sick time after six months and paid vacation after a year free home internet if you live in our service area company logo wear allowance (Free clothes!) life insurance long term disability insurance tuition reimbursement Duties and Responsibilities interacting with customers and potential customers via phone, email or in person promoting and selling new and existing products and services receiving trouble reports processing payments and collecting unpaid accounts other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ability to promote Mi-Fiber goods and services customer service and communication skills proficiency in the use of computers, printers, and multi-line phone systems proficiency with Windows, web browsers, and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook ability to establish and maintain accurate records and maintain confidentiality of customer information ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and distractions ability to assist customers with new technology such as smart phones, tablets, and other wireless devices ability to handle upset customers with patience and understanding ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and work overtime when required high school diploma or GED required, education and experience in related field preferred Applications should be received by Thursday, August 3, but will be accepted until the position is filled.
