Our Customer Service Representatives assist patients on the phone, helping them with general care inquiries on behalf of our clients.
The essential functions of the role are:
-Confirming to all confidentiality and third party liability laws (HIPPA, Medicare Fraud, Waste and Abuse, etc.
) -Taking inbound calls from patients regarding general questions -Follow established procedures to resolve patient inquiries -Document conversations electronically on company and/or client systems Are you? -Excellent with verbal and written communication skills? -Able to provide excellent customer service in a variety of situations, including those that escalate? -Proficient in PC based applications? -Able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment? -Able to use strong attention to detail and data management skills? -Wanting to assist others in a meaningful way? -Wanting to learn new things?
