The Front Desk Client Services Associate plays a key role in the success of our business.
They are the first impression for clients and potential clients.
We place a great value on providing an exceptional experience to the client both human and fur babies.
The Front Desk Client Services Associate greets clients as they arrive in our store.
They address the needs of the client whether it be simply dropping off their pup for day care, boarding, checking in for a bathing appointment, seeking information about our services or purchasing an item from our retail store.
The role requires an individual that enjoys interacting with both pups as well as their owners.
The individual we seek must enjoy and have exceptional client services skills.
While a demonstrated track record of highly successful client service experience is ideal and high energy is a must, no special experience or education required for this role as it's simply about the individual.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
