30pm) As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating regularly with customers via phone and email.
- Creating custom quotes for customer belting and belting configuration needs.
- Verifying with vendor product availability, pricing, and expected ship date.
- Placing order for customers.
- Maintaining price files and implement price increases as needed.
- Assisting customers and sales team with troubleshooting, product suggestions, and technical information on complex or special product requests.
- Actively monitor backorders and proactively communicate changes with customers.
- Read blueprints as needed.
- Assist customers in selection and configuration of power transmission products.
We are looking for qualified candidates that have:
- High School Diploma or GED - prefer a 2-year technical degree - 3
