We are looking to add a highly motivated individual who posses Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, developing and executing retail marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and improve brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making Facilitate in-store promotional advertising to customers.
Open customer accounts by inputting account information.
Communicate daily about sales and customer issues.
Provide product and service support.
Manage in-store relations including customer service.
Answer questions or concerns about services or products.
Provide information about new promotions.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Availability to work flexible scheduling Have reliable transportation Positive attitude and outlook.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Physical ability to remain standing for the majority of an eight-hour shift.
Relative work experience in any of the following roles:
Retail, Food and beverage, Customer service, Brand management, Product Representation Job Type:
