Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites.
Excellent staffing per diems and clinical nurse team.
Occasional weekends and holidays required.
Manager on duty and on call rotation.
Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do This position contributes to the Mission and Vision of Immanuel by serving as the clinical leader for delivery of nursing services with oversight of the day to day activities of clinical operations, resident care and team members working together in long term and skilled care.
Provides management support to plan, organize and lead resources with assigned team members; as well as functioning as an individual contributor within the community.
Participates in operationalizing Immanuel strategic initiatives and priorities.
Serves as a role model for ethical management behavior and promotes an awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles.
Skills & Requirements Completion of a Registered Nurse program in an accredited institution required.
Prior Long Term Care DON experience required.
Prior supervisory experience required.
Must hold current license as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
Must hold Infection Prevention Certificate or obtain upon hire.
Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire.
Assisted Living Administrator registry in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required when work responsibilities include serving as the RN Immanuel:
