You will work with key stakeholders and partners to understand, map and solve problems with data enabling the right things for our customers that delivers value to our business. Translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions. Essential Job Functions, other duties assignedServe as the first point of contact for new and existing Registered Representatives/Advisors seeking ongoing technical assistance over the phone or email, walking customers through the problem-solving process.Provides technical support, troubleshoots and resolves urgent technical issues and responds to help requests via phone and email.Identifies and escalates complex issues appropriately.Serve as the first point of contact to set up system access for new Registered Representatives/Advisors and employees.Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing Registered Representatives/Advisors seeking ongoing technical assistance over the phone or email, walking customers through the problem-solving processPerforms remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.Determines the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customersCreate and submit logs to management timely.Assist in managing a product backlog of support, enhancements, and project work; confirm alignment of priorities with business partners.Experience and Education2-3 years of experience in IT related fieldsAssociate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Will be required to register and fingerprint with FINRAIntegrity offers you the opportunity to start a career in a family-like environment that is rewarding and cutting edge. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
