Job Description:
- Strong communication is a must as you will be corresponding with settlement agents, counties and attorneys
- Reviewing and researching mortgage rates and documenting findings
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced, production
- Responsible for performing a variety of loan servicing tasks
- Reviewing loan disbursement requests
- Processing disbursements
- Preparing loan demands and reconveyances
- Maintaining loan and disbursement files and responding to routine customer inquiries
- Preparing and submitting documents in a goal driven environment were guidelines and processes are continuously changing
Hours: 8am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday
Weekly Pay: $13.87 to $14.16 / Hour
Location: Des Moines IOWA
Benefits: Medical, 401k, weekly pay, etc.
Working hours: 8AM-5PM
Qualifications:
-Abilities to persuade and build relationships with the above parties
-Strong and effective research abilities in multiple programs
-Ability to multitask and display self-motivation
-Strong customer service abilities
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Mortgage or Finance experience is preferred (1+years)
